Back in 2013, when I was growing my first clinic, I searched for resources, strategies, and mentorship that would help me grow my clinic in a way that fits my life as a woman, leader, and future mother.

I didn’t want a business that controlled me.
I wanted a business that gave me freedom.

I am a clinician, mentor and business strategist. If there’s one thing you need to know about me, I invest generously in my own learning. 

I’m pragmatic—I know that business requires strategy, execution, and tough decisions. But I also believe that alignment matters—that your business should grow in a way that supports your life, not swallows it. As I got older, I have firmer boundaries on protecting my bandwidth and energy levels.  

The coaching programs I joined early in my clinic ownership journey were valuable for helping me lay the foundations and get results. 

But as my life evolved, my priorities shifted, and the industry faced uncertainty, I found myself disconnected from my bigger vision and uninspired by the traditional business playbook.


But what I found was a very "bro" way of running businesses—focused on hustle, constant scaling, and an all-in mentality that didn’t consider the nuances of building a clinic while also being a woman, a mother, or someone who values balance alongside success.

That’s when I started looking beyond clinic business coaching and sought out mentors in other industries - leaders who understood that success isn’t just about profit, but also about personal growth, leadership, and building a business that actually works for you.
